    Bicom slush creams are high quality Horeca professional products, gluten-free, without hydrogenated fats, without artificial colors and without GMOs.<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

    The Salted Caramel Cold Cream is a powdered preparation in a 400 g bag with which to make cold creams or ice creams with a creamy consistency and the irresistible and contrasting taste of salted caramel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It is a versatile product as the same bag can be prepared by mixing it with milk or water, always obtaining a creamy and quality result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The formulation is specifically designed for small-sized slush machines (2-3 liters capacity) which allow very quick preparations and less product waste, but with the use of two bags it can give excellent results even in 6-liter slush machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    HOW TO PREPARE THE “SALTED CARAMEL” COLD CREAM FOR SLUSH MACHINE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    To prepare the “Salted Caramel” cold cream it is necessary to mix the contents of a bag with 1 liter of whole milk. Mix carefully to avoid the formation of lumps and then pour into the slush machine (or into the powered slush machine if you want to obtain an ice cream).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It is also possible to obtain a cream or an ice cream with a more intense flavor by mixing the contents of a bag with 0.75 liters of water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For the correct storage of the product, remember to keep the slush machine always on, selecting the maintenance \/ refrigerated mode when not in use, thus avoiding the milk from souring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
