Bicom Extra Fondant  Royal selection chocolate for dispenser is a Horeca product, gluten-free, without hydrogenated fats, without lactose, without GMOs, without dyes and vegan (if prepared with vegetable “milk”).

It is a powder preparation for hot chocolate in 1 kg format in an elegant tin can, extremely practical, with an easypeel cap and aroma protection cover to keep the fragrance unchanged once opened.
It can be used both in the classic chocolate maker and for the preparation of individual cups of chocolate using the special measuring cup supplied.
HOW TO USE ROYAL CHOCOLATE POWDER MIX FOR CHOCOLATE DISPENSER

In  case of preparation of the product with the dispenser, the contents of the jar (1Kg) must be mixed in 4 liters of milk. Pour the mixture into the chocolate maker and place at a temperature of 90 ° C for about 1 hour. When the product is well thickened, place the temperature at 75 ° C. The chocolate is ready to be served..

Never turn off the chocolate maker and do not lower the holding temperature as the product could quickly sour due to the milk used for preparation.
