Bicom Classic Light , no added sugars chocolate is a Horeca product, gluten-free, without hydrogenated fats, lactose-free, GMO-free and vegan (if prepared with vegetable “milk”). It also does not contain added sugars and has 30% fewer calories than a classic chocolate.
HOW TO PREPARE LIGHT HOT CHOCOLATE FOR CHOCOLATE MACHINE
Mix the contents of one bag (600g) in 2.2 liters of semi-skimmed milk and mix carefully (if you want a thicker product, use 2 liters of milk). Pour the mixture into the chocolate maker and place at a temperature of 90 ° C for about 1 hour. When the product is well thickened, place the temperature at 75 ° C. The chocolate is ready to be served.
Never turn off the chocolate maker and do not lower the holding temperature as the product could quickly sour due to the milk used for preparation.
