“PREMIUM SELECTION” White tea is a Chinese tea of the highest quality due to its high antioxidant content; it has almost intact leaves, because they are subject to very little processing and for this reason it retains a greater number of antioxidant substances than all other teas. The name Pai Mu Tan means White Peony, precisely because the infusion obtained has a very light color. With a low theine content it has a unique and delicate taste, basically sweet, which leaves a pleasant honey aftertaste.

Tea is a drink originating from Asia which, following colonial conquests, spread throughout the world to become the most consumed drink after water. Although the leaves used for the infusion derive almost exclusively from a single plant, the Camelia Sinensis, different types can be distinguished according to the degree of processing and fermentation of the leaves.
