HOW TO PREPARE “CLASSICA MAXI “COLD CREAM FOR SLUSH MACHINE
To prepare “Classica Maxi” Coffee Cream mix the contents of a bag with 2 liters of whole milk and 15 cups of espresso. Mix carefully to avoid the formation of lumps and then pour into the slush machine.
To obtain a creamier product, it is advisable to replace 2 liters of whole milk with 1 liter of milk and 1 liter of unsweetened cream.
For the correct storage of the product, remember to keep the slush machine always on, selecting the maintenance / refrigerated mode when not in use, thus avoiding the milk from souring.
