Bicom “White” chocolate for dispenser is a Horeca product, gluten-free, without hydrogenated fats, without GMOs and with only natural dyes. We use real cocoa butter powder in our blend. This makes the product particularly tasty and appreciated.
HOW TO USE CHOCOLATE POWDER MIX FOR CHOCOLATE DISPENSER

Dissolve the contents of one bag (400g) in 2 liter of milk and mix carefully. Pour the mixture into the chocolate maker and place at a temperature of 90 ° C for about 1 hour. When the product is well thickened, place the temperature at 75 ° C. The chocolate is ready to be served.

Never turn off the chocolate maker and do not lower the holding temperature as the product could quickly sour due to the milk used for preparation.
