The Milk Cream Cold Cream is a powder preparation in an 800 g bag with which to make cold creams or ice creams with a creamy consistency and an intense taste of milk and cream.
It is a versatile product as the same bag can be prepared by mixing it with milk or water, using a traditional slush machine or an enhanced slush machine.
Milk Cold Cream can also be used as a neutral base to be flavored with dried fruit pastes, toppings or concentrated syrups to obtain the most varied flavors, always starting from the same product
HOW TO PREPARE THE MILK COLD CREAM FOR SLUSH MACHINE
To prepare the Milk Cold Cream it is necessary to mix the contents of a bag with 2 liters of whole milk. Mix carefully to avoid the formation of lumps and then pour into the slush machine (or into the powered slush machine if you want to obtain an ice cream).
It is also possible to obtain a cream or an ice cream with a more intense flavor by mixing the contents of a bag with 1.5 liters of water.
For the correct storage of the product, remember to keep the slush machine always on, selecting the maintenance / refrigerated mode when not in use, thus avoiding the souring of the milk.
