“Pronto” Pear Sorbet is a powdered mix in a 1 kg bag. It has a rich formulation that allows, with the addition of only water, to obtain a creamy sorbet with a great yield and fresh taste of Williams Pear. Perfect to serve at the end of a meal or at any time you want a refreshing citrus-flavored dessert.
HOW TO PREPARE “PRONTO” PEAR SORBET FOR SLUSH MACHINE
To prepare Pear Sorbet it is necessary to mix the contents of a sachet with 3 liters of water. Mix carefully to avoid the formation of lumps and then pour into the slush machine.
It is possible to enrich the product by adding 200 ml of prosecco or liqueur of your choice .
Using the enhanced slush machine (-12°) it is also possible to obtain an ice cream. In this case it is advisable to dilute 1 bag of product in 2 liters of milk + 1 liter of water.
